Shipping / Refund Policy
Shipping Times and Service
We strive to have all orders shipped out within 1 business day from the date the order is placed. All orders are shipped using USPS (United States Postal Service) There are multiple shipping options you can choose from in checkout. The standard option will be shipped USPS First Class mail which has a standard delivery time between 3-5 business days. We also offer an expedited shipping option which will be sent USPS Priority Mail and this has a standard delivery time of 2-3 business days. Once your order has been packed and shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information so you can follow your package from us to your door.
Refunds and Exchanges
At this time we are not able to accept any returns or exchanges because of a change of mind. If you receive a piece that was damaged in shipping please contact us and we will be happy to help. Most pieces are easily fixed due to an o ring or chain coming loose during shipping. However if the piece is beyond repair you have 3 days from the date the package was delivered to report missing or damaged pieces. After the 3 day timeframe from delivery, no refunds will be given.

If you have not received your order and the tracking number is showing that it has been delivered, you have 3 days to notify us. After 3 days we are not able to help or get useful information from the carrier.
We are not responsible for packages lost in transit if the tracking information shows it was delivered.
Gift Cards are not returnable and no refunds will be given.
